Something like OmniXML_Lazarus.lpk

I am not welbeknownst in Lazarus packages, but I am trying to get something I can submit here: https://forum.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,52190.0.html

wp at the Lazarus forum created a package and made it compile on Lazarus? Maybe good thing to include for wider adoption cross-platform XML/xpath tool?
