Added javasqlite #2

Adding javasqlite and code to get it to work on the device.

Cool, I've now integrated all this (I merged locally so GitHub doesn't see it). But I'd already added the Launcher and a .gitignore, so I skipped 6a30053 and cfca48c. You'll likely get conflicts, just override them and you should be all set.
