Unable to configure proxy #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
adding the address of a socks4 proxy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
machine actively refused connection even though socks4 proxy is working

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rudy v2.2

that happens when i use it with the rudeadyet.conf file,
when i use the interactive menu mode,

this happens

so i changed line 243 from
proxy_port = int(proxy_addr_input)

to

proxy_port = int(proxy_port_input)

and it turns out just as the same as using the config file, error no10061: no 
connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it
