placeholders don't parse because they're empty #3

CMI can spit out an exception error when in ctext something like this is used: %something_[something]%

Informed zrips, he might filter the exception error in the future, but for this ctext to show properly it's best if I populate the [something] with anything valid.

zrips added %%placeholder%% to allow non-parsing to plaintext visualize.
