Added a column to data_exclude.xlsx, which can be used to indicate that an instrument should be excluded from the combined file for some period. This column will be ignored for the individual instrument files, so that the data will not be excluded there.
Added tests and demonstrated for CMN as per suggestions for interleaving ADS (GCMS-MteCimone) and Medusa as per Joe Pitt's suggestions for periods to use ADS when Medusa was down:
