Write outputs to csv #19

Can call inv.to_csv() to write outputs to csv.

There's also a check in there that mf_variability of present for all obs. Has nothing to do with array jobs as branch name suggests.

Yep, looks good.

I hardcoded "agage" when it was in the agage repo. Good spot.
