Plot extensions

Now has a plot_emissions() function, which plots the total annual emissions (i.e. not for each box) and its uncertainty.

It also has an interactive thing where it displays the emissions in each year if you hover over the plot.

I don't see any error bars:

There are – they are just really small in the example as P_sigma=1, i.e. prior that only 1 Gg/yr change year to year, which forces tiny uncertainties. Try with e.g. P_sigma=100 and it should do (hopefully).
