Dylight saving time change might have cause stop of wflogger. #120

Not sure it is directly caused by wfrog because Unfortunately i can't find any 
track onf the problem in the log. 

The only thing I can see is that the last value stored by wflogger was 
timestamped: 2012-10-28 02:58:45

It could just be a coincidence (although I tend not to believe in 
coincidences). The logger was designed to handle DST changes and I don't 
remember any other report related to this.

If you cannot provide more information (platform, driver, state of the wflogger 
process when the error was discovered, etc.) I think we can close this issue.
