Port error

I try to connect my VantagePro2 station with Qnap 419.The qnap "sees" the 
station but wfrog does not.I try several ports with no luck.When i try port 
ttyS0 the station does not wake up.All other ports produce the message "could 
not open port.No such device"

Can you provide more information?
- wfrog version
- VantagePro2 Station model (I suppose you have the serial port version)
- How did you check that the QNap "sees" the station? 
- full debug log (wflogger.log) when ttyS0 (assuming that's the right port) is 
configured.
