wfrog and DST #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. DST (summertime) activation

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
I live in Germany, and this night, the clock was set at 02:00 a.m. to 03:00 
a.m. -> Day saving time.

And because of that, wfrog is missing a fully hour of weather data and shows it 
up blank for this time (http://cl.ly/1C0C24071j0f1Z1E341X).

Is that fixable? A DST detection, to tell wfrog the missing/added hour?
