feat(mfi-sdk): processing transactions refactor

What changed:

• priority fees are only provided at the execution stage
  • no more ad-hoc duplicate logic causing us to miss adding prio fees to some of our transactions
  • I'll be implementing a fallback at the execution stage that calculates the prio fees if none are provided
• blockhash is refreshed at the execution stage
  • one of the fallbacks of pre-generating the tx's beforehand is risking your blockhash to expire
  • this is especially a big issue on bad internet or congestion when rpc are lagging
• logical structuring of arguments in functions
  • there is now a standard across the sdk on how functions are constructed
• JSdoc documentation for each function in the sdk
  • this will really help us understanding each function and our integrators to have a better experience
• smaller transactions
  • lut's are handled better & I really dug into the versioned transaction structure to create a function to acurately measure a tx size
  • compute unit limits are calculated dynamically to reduce tx cu size
