Partially redundant support for CC: Tweaked #581

With version 0.5.1 of Create it adds official CC: Tweaked support for the Display Link, Rotation Speed Controller, Sequenced Gearshift, Speedometer, Stressometer and Train Stations as seen in this pr Creators-of-Create/Create#3880 and the wiki. This means some of the features the Digital Adapter provides have become redundant:

Alright, was not aware, but I think ill just keep it all in anyway

Ok, maybe a link or so in the markdown file would be nice so that people know it is not necessary to use the Digital Adapter for everything.
