(Visual) Portable Energy Interface is not connecting

Describe the bug When you build a portable energy interface on a train and the connecting side. The connectors that are not on the train will get out but the one on the train will not, sometimes only 4 of 9 will pop out. (I think it is the direction they are facing). The Energy interfaces work but they are just visual not showing.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: You have to build a train were the connectors are directly on the accumulator and build connectors on the connecting side.

Yes it does ! Made a little contraption to show it

It seems like the Energy Interface on the train tries to connect too late and is unable to connect to the one on the ground
