The issue of a "BIG" FE grids #745

Describe the bug It seems that when building a super large FE grid, if the distance is too far, it will not be possible to obtain FE normally.

To Reproduce Referring to the following steps may help reproduce this issue:

  1. built a FE generator and set this block Strong loading
  2. build the FE girds, Electric poles one after another.
  3. About 4km length
  4. You may find that the FE consumption end 4km away cannot obtain FE
  5. if it works normally, build some factor consume the FE in the girds, and the end of the grids may have no FE.

summarly: when it works on a server, when all player exits and re-login,the FE grids can not work.
