[Proposal] Remove pygit2 and including Fooocus's core codes in this repository directly #199

Just like Fooocus commit v2.1.52. It will:

  1. Reduce depencecies size.
  2. Resolve Fooocus repository download and update problem.
  3. Fast startup.

And some other cons including larger code base and bring code merging works.

Need everyone's advice.
