fix bug: task_queue is None

I am sorry，but i have fix it。The from fooocusapi.api import start_app was imported prematurely resulting in the bug。 I'm refactoring the project, so don't get involved and use this branch for the time being.The refactoring should be completed by the end of next week. Thank you for your attention.
