Enables quickstat tooltips to display current season ranked data when moused-over. This is reminiscent of the old main interface game_lobby UI.

[Feature Request] Update mod to work with the old interface UI #2

A lot of the code here was forked from
game_lobby.package. However I have not made any attempt to update it to also use my new Lua logic.It would be a nice feature to add backwards support for the old UI.
