does this theme work for pc or is it for retropie only

I am using it on PC Windows 10 but am finding a lot of bugs with it. Like it's not loading any of my scrape data from my mame gameslist.xml. ES shows no issues reading the file in the log, and other systems work fine, but for some reason Mame with my 2083 games is not working... It still loads the .zip names of the games, and I can play them fine, just no artwork, description or videos. Not sure what the heck is going on
