No replacements made #230

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After using autokey for a while, replacements stop working

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My abbreviations should be replaced. Instead, they are completely ignored.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
autokey-gtk 0.81.4 on 64bit Fedora 17 XFCE

Please provide any additional information below.
When this problem happens, the gui still works. There are no indications of a
problem, other than replacements not being made.

Workaround:
When this happens, restarting autokey always fixes the problem.

Note, I cannot provide a log because the -l option merely spams the console -
it does not produce a log.

You can produce a log using -l if you start it with the following:

autokey-gtk -l > ~/autokey.log 2>&1 & diswon

You may also want to try the latest version 0.94.4
