I didn't include the revert of https://github.com/mriale/PyDPainter/commit/ce69d4e3dd8cc91aa10d9ac800e7b61b7d83e7e7 until https://github.com/mriale/PyDPainter/issues/98 is properly investigated why the behavior differs in the first place. These additions were required for the @flathub submission. https://github.com/flathub/flathub/pull/4662
