Anim control menus not working #147

The Anim-->Control menus options don't do anything.

Maybe add Play reverse in that menu, because it's seen nowhere. 🙈

The original DPaint III didn't have play reverse or any of the shifted shortcuts so I am leaving them as is for now. The VCR controls on the anim toolbar can play backwards if you click on the << button while an animation is playing.
