Color palette Pick not reflecting color

When using the Pick button in the palette requestor on a screen with no background image, the color picked is not reflected immediately in the image.

Steps to recreate:

• Open cat_clock.iff
• Hit p to bring up palette
• Highlight a color in the palette you can see in the picture
• Click on the Pick button
• Click on a different color in the picture you can see
• The color palette is changed in the requestor but the change is not reflected in the picture
