Strip html tags from completion dialog #218

This is a native message ctrl that can't contain html tags, so strip them out like we do titles.

@jpd236 I feel like you might have mentioned this at some point, but I don't remember -- this is code I had lying around uncommitted for a while that I just found.

Yeah, this came up for the window title in https://github.com/mrichards42/xword/issues/117. Makes sense!
