Auto-Thankanator updates patchwork state even with --dry-run #34

The manpage doesn't state either way whether patchwork states get updated or not when --dry-run is specified. But having the states updated when --dry-run is given seems unexpected.

This is on b4 0.13.0.

$ b4 ty -a --dry-run
