Request : Order by best total AP #18

Currently the application order by best AP/minute. However, if portals are close, then time wont matter as much. Would it be possible to make an option to order by AP first and time secondly?

We already don't consider travel time between portals that are less than 40 m apart. If you run with --cooling idkfa, the end plan should be pretty much optimized for maximum possible AP.
