Windows 11 support #563

Hi. It's not working on Windows 11 at all. Only shows banner in console.

See https://github.com/mridgers/clink/issues/559 -- the mridgers clink project has been abandoned for many years, and the chrisant996/clink fork is the current active fork (and works correctly on Windows 11).
