UPDATE procedure #316

Hi thanks for this docker version of Humhub which i've been slowly testing for a few months. I've tried to update, as I normally do with docker or in portainer. But none would work.. any change I tried in the yml file has brought my instance to 1.13.0! image: mriedmann/humhub:latest image: mriedmann/humhub:stable image: mriedmann/humhub:1.16

I've deleted images, volumes .. nothing does it .. Maybe I'm doing the whole update process wrong. Is there a 'howto update' somewhere I could follow?

Hey! New images with new versions (1.12,1.13,1.14) should now be available.
