It's a hybrid activity / points view. It shows:

Anything you've posted, or liked
Any likes or comments you've received from things you've posted
The points you scored for each of these things.

Mikey says wiring it up is probably small/medium, I'll say design and coding an adequate view (plus associated design is small/medium) we'll just say Large.
