Native Status badge update #14

Estimation is a bit challenging since we haven't tackled this yet. Using our "best guess" for now, assuming we'll use a native PhoneGap plugin (and likely Amazon for hosting)

It's either easy or hard. If it's hard we'll move it to 0.9. Estimate it as small for now.
