Includes the following work:

• Integrate solution for status bar in new / old phones (Cordova plugin or CSS solution)
• Any config.xml updates (including status bar BG color)
• Time for camera plugin is in another issue
• FB integration test is in another issue
• Native icons, native splash screen are in their own issues
• Create the binary

Note: I have uploaded the ipa to HockeyApp and invited Mikey for a test. Awaiting results from Mikey to see if it worked.
