Added to this ticket: Need to ask for proper publish_stream (and/or publish_actions) permissions since it no longer can be a part of the login flow

Commits e1bb38d85b & d5f6053708 addressed asking for publish_* permissions when needed.

Blocked by #1. We need to get FB login working on the phone before we can verify that #5 is fully operational.
