Facebook : submit app for approval #52

As of FB JS SDK v 2.0, /// Review As part of the new Facebook Login, apps that ask for more than public_profile, email and user_friends need to be reviewed by Facebook.

Apps created before April 30th 2014 must be reviewed by April 30th 2015. After that date, unapproved permissions will not be shown to regular users. Apps created on or after April 30th 2014 must be reviewed before they can request additional permissions from regulary users. The review process is covered in our review guide for login.

Also, if our "app" itself was created before May 2014 (either Mikey's PubChat or my BarChat) we may qualify to not have our app reviewed until April 2015. Will need to research this a bit further...

We're gonna turn off "dev mode" on our app, and see if we can still connect via the binary. It will either let us leave dev mode, or it's gonna say "you have to get it approved".

Mikey is gonna try to make it work...

The approval process is estimated at 1-2 weeks. Moving this ticket to 0.9 since we won't have time to pull it off for 0.5.
