Issue of installing the package #2

Hi, I used this package in my research and appreciate it very much! Recently when I tried to install this package again I found that it was removed from CRAN. I managed to install it from the github directly, but I was wondering why it was removed (and archived)? Is there any fix required by CRAN that users should be aware of? Thanks! Stanley

Hi Stanley, The package was removed as stated due to:

"Archived on 2023-08-19 as email to the maintainer is undeliverable."

I used email from my campus to send this package. After I graduated, the email was deleted. So I need to update the package using my new email. I've send a new request, so sae.prop package should be back on CRAN in few days.

Is there any fix required by CRAN that users should be aware of?

You can check the latest check result here: https://cran-archive.r-project.org/web/checks/2023/2023-08-19_check_results_sae.prop.html. You should be fine.
