  1. Added troubleshooting section to README
  2. Added root user check to install and uninstall
  3. Corrected comments re: uninstall script filename
  4. Set shell script permissions
  5. Updated .gitignore (the XMind ZIP filename has changed)

@mriza please let me know if I should revert any of the suggested changes (NB I have enabled the option for maintainers to edit the PR).
