It's not a Chrome problem. The problem is due to the app re-processing failed logins which causes your IP to be blocked.
Stop the Homebridge plugin, and then wait 30 mins. This will resolve automatically.
This issue is now locked and considered resolved due to inactivity.
I think this is really a Chrome problem, but I cannot find any resources online to help me with it. When trying to follow the instructions using the Chrome Incognito, when I go to https://portal.adtpulse.com I get a blank webpage that just says "Blocked".
I've spent a few hours trying to figure this out and can find nothing that helps.
