we'll need to watch for that whenever they implement it

maybe add some kind of event caller, in case the end user wants to make a shape-changing block really pop never mind, that's a really stupid idea

This includes the stop [ v] block (which can go back and forth between), and c-blocks whose last child is terminal (notch-flattening)

consider running onchanges when this happens

notch-flattening shouldn't be an issue since there's no class for it. Just focus on the stop block for now

right now onChanges will run but classes still won't change.... should we re-classify every block on onChange?
