7 years ago scratch-blocks is now natively themeable, that goes for horizontal blocks too. So sb3-theme is probably not the way to go. I might write up a guide to making themes at some point. Until then, you could base a theme off of this: https://github.com/Airhogs777/scratch-themes-resources/blob/gh-pages/2/style.css
All the featured themes are vertical maybe make a ScratchJR styled horizontal theme or a scratch 2.0 theme for horizontal blocks?
