Fine Uploader licensing was complicated #1

There were many licensing experiments w/ Fine Uploader. From MIT/GPL w/ a plea for monetary contributions, to a single custom commercial license with a clause that exempted FOSS projects from paying.

Maybe more appropriate for the "burnout" section, I wrote a very short stream of consciousness article on Medium that may be interesting to others. But I found out that those who only read the title and skipped the article (/r/opensource) found it to be off-putting. And it's, admittedly, not an "awesome" article.

+1. Feel free to merge

The burnout section is a tricky one. It's meant to be fuel for the movement. I don't really want to single folks out in that section, but it's useful to make sure their message is heard.

Discussion pieces are hard for an awesome list since the discussion won't live in this repo.

Curious what "sustainable" implies in this context. Is that directly related to monetization, or is the intent to illustrate how to remain an active contributor to OSS, financial concerns aside?
