https://plasso.co/ looks really interesting for customer management and for payments. It hooks up to Stripe for handling payments and accepting credit cards.

I've used:

Pulley
Simple Goods
Gumroad

I'm currently using Gumroad. The product is good but their support has been poor. Added these in #16
