V2.1 vs V2 #10

What's the difference between V2.1 and V2?

Honestly, I really don't recall since it was 5 years ago. The notes on that v2.1 update indicate there was a minor update to correct something. The parts used should be the same. Generally, the highest version should be used.

Is it compatible with a PMW3360-TQ2U?

No. With the voltage and level shifting requirements that are significantly different, the two board designs are not compatible for those two chips.
