Some fixes and some documentation

guider changes:

• Fix sidebar, dropdown and top navbar not hiding when changing page (resolves #33)
• Fix page not being scrollable if going from mobile with open sidebar to desktop.
• Remove ellipsis on "Select site..." when dropdowns don't have any items.
• Made card grid more responsive
• Fix unordered lists getting numbers (resolves #42)
• Fix windows paths (see #43)

docs changes:

• Fix incorrect key on docs project home cards
• Write reference for site and definetheme
• Added correct information to the showcase page
• Made color theme generator work and responsive
• Update the readme's
