Use DeviceEntryType.SERVICE #37

Use DeviceEntryType.SERVICE as "service" is deprecated and will be removed. Triggers warning and error in 2021.12beta.

if I manually change the geo_location.py and sensor.py with all 3 patches does that resolve it until mrk_its merges the PR's?
