[bgo#622672] Gtranslator could improve comment navigation. #61

Right now, there isn't any obvious way of navigating comments in Gtranslator. There are two things that could make it better:

  1. Entries that have comments could have a comment icon in their status field.
  2. There could be "Next Comment" and "Previous Comment" entires in the menu and/or optional toolbar buttons.
