[bgo#514245] Adding XLIFF support #78

What about adding xliff support? I know that gtranslator is aimed at .po files, but xliff is a good format which would allow to (easily???) implement TM, wouldn't it? AFAK, Kbabel, as well as other localisation tools, support the format.

I thought that would be great add support for xliff and tmx formats. But first we have to decide howto implement the translation memories. Thanks for your bug report.
