Something like EXTGPS, can the application be enhanced to broadcast the 
coordinates via bluetooth to make the symbian phone act as an external 
bluetooth GPS.

EXTGPS is a J2ME application, it makes sense to have a native application to do 
this as it'll be less resource hungry.

I think EXTGPS is a quite different application than TTGPSLogger. As the name 
TTGPSLogger says it logs coordinates an doesn't broadcast them.

Maybe someone should develop something like BTGPSBroadcast...
