Patch for OpenFoam 6 #43

With the release of OpenFoam 6 some days ago, a new patch for this new version would be great.

Hi,

Thanks for opening the issue.

I plan to update patches for the new version. In June ESI's OpenFOAM v1806 was also released, I would like to add patches for both versions, since these patches will share quite a lot of code.
