SMD plugin refuses to enable #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download SMD plugin, unzip folder
2. Open Blender 2.62
3. Attempt to install plugin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I try to check the box to enable the plugin, it does not check. All others 
in the list work fine, but this one refuses to.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Blender 2.62 on Windows 7 Home Premium

Your version of Blender is out of date. Use 2.63.
