Thanks for reporting this. Can you provide more information about what you did before getting this issue? What version of Windows? What version of Visual Studio? What options did you select from the Template Studio wizard? Did you get this as soon as the app was generated or at some point after? Had you modified the generated code in any way?

"XDG0062" suggests a problem from the XAML designer. These aren't always directly related to the code and may be a separate issue. Have you tried cleaning the project and restarting VS? Did all NuGet packages restore correctly? Does the code run despite this error? (This sometimes happens when the designer incorrectly reports an error?
