Major refactoring #68

To everyone who may use this role, there is currently a major refactoring about to happen. This is taking place to hopefully simplify this role. As well as, future proof and allow much more flexibility.

In order to still use the previous role prior to this refactoring, a v0.1.0 release has been made available https://github.com/mrlesmithjr/ansible-consul/releases/tag/v0.1.0 which SHOULD allow those of you who want to slowly move into the new structure.
