disable debug spam when no debug defined #1

reduces the output for production environments to get the debug message run the playbook with '--extra-vars="debug=true"'

Hi Larry, we are integrating your netplan scripts into our deployment. We are the staff members of the datacenter department of the Justus-Liebig-University of Giessen, Germany. I'm the architect of the new generation deployment toolchain for our datacenter. Ansible will be the main core of all deployment tools. So maybe we will do some improvements for you in the next future. I hope this is OK for you. I just want to inform you because I for myself am happy if my open source tools are used in an other context.

The JLU-University is the biggest university in Germany with about 20000 students and 6500 staff members.
